Two Fine Brands, One Amazing Product

When two of the biggest names in luxury living come together, you know the results will be spectacular. Along with the many builders, architects, and builders Ascaya works with, Ascaya and Blue Heron are now coming together to offer some of the most beautiful architecture and design in Las Vegas’ most talked about community.

To launch their co-marketing venture, they held an invite-only event at Blue Heron’s New American Home 2013 showcase model to introduce valley real-estate agents and other industry members to their new shared incentive program.

The venue was perfect for the upscale crowd, with beautiful open spaces flowing into one another, and calming water everywhere. The pool is a main feature of the home which flows from the home’s entrance to the spectacular rear lawn overlooking the Rio Secco Golf Club. Guests wound their way throughout the sprawling home, delighted by the inspirational amenities and forward-thinking design aesthetic.

More than 70 people RSVP’d for the event, which was tastefully catered by Vintner Grill. Well-known for infusing Spanish, French, and Italian flavors into their American dishes, the food and cocktails were a welcome hit.

After everyone had a chance to grab a bite and a drink and mingle, Darin Marques and Tyler Jones offered a few words to the group. Darin is Ascaya’s Sales Manager, and well-versed in the amazing community. He thanked the group for coming and detailed some of the amazing things happening at Ascaya.

Darin described the community’s desert-contemporary design standards and the incredible commissions being offered to agents. This news was gladly received by all. The collaboration between Blue Heron and Ascaya brings a new and exciting opportunity to valley agents.

Quite often, vacant lot sales are lower priority to agents looking to find their clients move-in ready properties. Combine this with the smaller commissions on vacant land and most agents would rather place their clients immediately in a pre-existing home because the commissions are much higher based on the sales price. Would they rather get commission on a $2MM home, or a $750K vacant lot?

Ascaya and Blue Heron are working to capture their attention by offering commissions on both the land sale and home build. Meaning, agents will get paid a quick, handsome commission when their clients’ purchase an Ascaya lot, and another when their clients build a Blue Heron custom home. This dual commission structure is one of the most lucrative in town, which is exactly what Ascaya and Blue Heron intended.

Agents are developers and builder’s best local resource because they know the market, community, and their clientele. Local agents can introduce clients to Ascaya and Blue Heron that may not have known anything about the developer and builder. Bringing people together is what this co-marketing event is all about, connecting discerning buyers with their future dream homes.

Blue Heron principal Tyler Jones addressed the group following Darin’s remarks. Tyler also welcomed and thanked the group for attending. He went on to share his excitement about this co-marketing plan with Ascaya: “It really is their commitment to quality architecture and modern design that appeals to us and creates so much value.” This “value” is something both groups pass on to their clients.

After the brief remarks, the agents were then offered a chance to tour Ascaya by private charter. Whisked off in luxury charter buses, the agents were all very excited to visit the community. Many of them had watched the development rise in Henderson’s McCullough Range, but had never had a chance to visit it for themselves.

The community’s 1000-foot climb up the mountain is absolutely impressive, and an experience not to be missed. Stopping at a few of the sites to admire the exclusive views, everyone focused on the refined location and incredible sight of the whole valley unfolding beneath their feet. Everyone was snapping photos and sharing to social media. Their exuberance is a common reaction to the exhilarating home sites set so high above the city.

The first of many co-marketing events between Blue Heron and Ascaya, the evening was a smashing success and an indicator of good things to come.

Blue Heron is only one of the many luxury designers and builders working with Ascaya, which means a variety of looks and finishing details will grace the development when all is said and done, making Ascaya one of the most unique communities in the world.
