ASCAYA Sells $2.45 Million Home Site
HENDERSON (November 23, 2015) ASCAYA has sold its second highest priced home site to date for $2.45 million at 9 Rockmount Court in Henderson. This is the second largest sale in the gated luxury community as well as the second highest residential land sale in Southern Nevada this year. The largest sale was also made at ASCAYA last month for $2.6 million.
“Both of the top two residential land sales in Southern Nevada this year have been at ASCAYA,” said Darin Marques, sales manager for the community. ASCAYA’s sales are handled by Shapiro & Sher Group of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Nevada Properties. “It really shows our buyers’ confidence in the development. With private estate homes now under construction, Inspiration Homes underway and our clubhouse starting construction soon, the community is taking shape quickly.”
Marques said the location of 9 Rockmount Court made it especially attractive to its buyer. “This site is 1.6 acres in size and has incredible panoramic views of the Las Vegas Strip and Red Rock Canyon mountain range,” he said.
Dan Coletti of Sun West Custom Homes represented the buyer in the sale and is both designing and building the home.

ASCAYA’s first home broke ground this Summer and its first of seven Inspiration Homes began construction in October. The community’s $25 million clubhouse, designed by Swaback Partners, is scheduled to start construction in January 2016. The 22,000 square foot clubhouse will include a resort-style pool with integrated lap pool, tennis courts, meeting spaces, exercise room, movement studio, spa, children’s play area, and event lawn.
