In mid-May 2025, Ascaya will unveil a bold transformation of its 23,000-square-foot Clubhouse—long celebrated for its architectural presence and panoramic views across the McCullough Mountains, the Las Vegas skyline, and the Strip. Expertly curated and furnished by RH, this reimagination brings new energy, depth of design, and purpose to the community’s most iconic gathering space.
More than a refresh, it’s a reintroduction—redefining the clubhouse as a destination that blurs the lines between architecture and nature, day and night, connection and retreat.
Desert-Inspired Design, Layered with Intention
The new interiors are rooted in the desert’s natural palette: burnt caramel, warm grey stone, deep oak, and muted sage tones pulled from native vegetation. These hues layer throughout the space, blending with furniture and materials that evoke the quiet power of the surrounding landscape.
Furnishings feature rounded profiles and softened edges, evoking the fluid movement of sand. Black wood tambour accents and burnished metal fixtures add depth and contrast. Subtle carved wood details, inspired by regional petroglyphs, lend an artisanal quality—adding storytelling through form and finish.
Indoor Comfort. Outdoor Continuity.
The Clubhouse now opens fully to the landscape via 10’ floor-to-ceiling glass walls, revealing an expansive outdoor gathering terrace. This open-air extension mirrors the design language inside, with a continued warm neutral palette, lush plantings, and graphic black-and-white contrasts.
The entire space shifts with the light: daylight floods the lounge and bar, while ambient lighting and reflective materials—such as glass, brushed metal, and crystal—cast a warm glow in the evening, echoing the shimmer of the city lights below.
