ASCAYA Celebrates Groundbreaking of First Inspiration Home
Renowned architecture firm Marmol Radziner designed the 7,373 square foot residence
The first of seven Inspiration Homes will break ground at ASCAYA on Tuesday, October 20 at 10 a.m. The 7,373 square foot home will be built on a 19,542 square foot home site that is nestled in the McCullough Range and overlooks the Las Vegas Strip and city below.

WHAT: Groundbreaking for the Marmol Radziner-designed Inspiration Home. This is the first of seven Inspiration Homes planned at ASCAYA. Patrick Lun and Leo Marmol of Marmol Radziner will be on-hand to discuss their design. Dean Bryan of Bryan Construction will discuss the home’s construction and Ivan Sher from Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Nevada Properties’ Shapiro & Sher Group will discuss the community’s sales and progress.
