Within the first month of the Cloud Rock Collection’s debut, two homesites were sold: 46 Cloudrock Court, a 2.43-acre homesite listed for $3.19M, and 54 Cloudrock Court, a 1.91-acre homesite listed for $3.95M. They were among four homesites sold, totaling over $10M in sales within the last 30-days.
The spring activity comes on the heels of a strong first quarter, during which real estate sales totaled $21.89M, with another $29.22M of homes and homesites in escrow leading into Q2. To date, Ascaya has 67 completed homes, 27 under construction or in permitting, and 20 in architectural review.
