“When you have support and people around to inspire you. It feeds your soul,” said Niya Rivera.
To kickoff 2017 ASCAYA is featuring Rivera’s inspiring custom artwork during the Vino With A View on January 11th.
Turning her creative passion into a career has only just begun. Her first gallery was displayed one year ago during a luxury home viewing.
The viewing acquired one of the largest attendances and is projected to prevail at ASCAYA.
“When people see it they get excited,” said Rivera. Customizing paintings for clients is an intricate, intuitive and inspiring approach.
Working with people is in her nature.
“I love people. I invest in people,” said Rivera.
Her love for people allows her to connect with each client. Allowing her to intricately explore each unique style. She offers a personalized touch for each custom piece.
“I get a feel for their personality. I listen to each story to inspire the custom painting ,” said Rivera.
Thru a cohesive interview she hones in on her intuition. Allowing for full expression of each personality, style, history and story.
This process is, “What’s special to me.”

When deciding on her gallery to be displayed at ASCAYA. She took note of the open spaces, contemporary design and natural hues.
“I want to bring vibrancy and texture.”
Rivera’s love for people and art is longstanding. “It’s just in my blood, in my genes.”
While the artist was raised amongst well versed artists in her family it was her grandmother, Princellar Allen-Crews, AKA “PAC”, who inspired Rivera to express herself and share her work.
“I know my grandma would be so happy for me. My grandma’s biggest regret was not sharing her art.”
Rivera dedicated her love for both her grandmother and daughter and launched her business website at Princy and Child.

Kicking off the New Year Rivera will host the Vino With a View as she presents a full display of her custom gallery.
