This is Darin, sales manager at Ascaya. This week I’d like talk with you about one of the things we here at Ascaya get asked a lot. How do you select the perfect homesite?
There are a lot of factors that play into selecting your desired homesite including what types of views you desire, how close you’d like to be located to the front entrance and the overall structure of your home. These factors help us find the perfect homesite to fit your needs.
Once we determine what’s most important to you, we narrow down the homesites to 3 or 4. It’s incredibly important to walk each homesite, and at different times of the day. It’s also helpful to walk through our completed Inspiration Homes at Ascaya to better understand what the final product will be.
