ASCAYA Sells Largest Home Site To Date For $2.6 Million
HENDERSON (October 7, 2015) ASCAYA has sold its largest home site to date for $2.6 million at 6 Heavens Edge Court in Henderson. The site includes 1.14 acres of usable space on a total 1.95 acre hillside lot. Quinn Boesenecker of Pinnacle Architecture will be designing the home. ASCAYA is a community of 313 custom home sites for multi-million dollar luxury homes. It is the highest price sale of a single vacant home site in Southern Nevada in the past year. “This is one of the largest hillside home sites we have released for sale and it has spectacular views of the city and McCullough Range,” said Darin Marques, ASCAYA sales manager. “It is also one of the highest elevation homes available in the community with an elevation of 2,763 feet.”
ASCAYA officially opened for sales last Fall and is briskly moving forward with new home and amenity development. Its first home broke ground this Summer and its first of seven Inspiration Homes will start construction on October 20.
ASCAYA’s $25 million clubhouse, designed by Swaback Partners, is scheduled to start construction in January 2016. The 22,000 square foot clubhouse will include a resort-style pool with integrated lap pool, tennis courts, meeting spaces, exercise room, movement studio, spa, children’s play area, and event lawn.
