Long admired for its architectural presence and panoramic Strip views, the reimagined space introduces a refined new bar and lounge along with natural materiality—expertly curated and furnished by RH.
A Timeless Centerpiece
This newly completed project represents a bold evolution in how residents experience their community amenities at Ascaya. At the heart of the redesign is a striking bar framed in stone, brushed metal, and carved forms—serving as both gathering place and architectural anchor. The surrounding lounge features curved furnishings in tonal hues and layered textures, inspired by the desert’s palette of caramel, sage, stone, and oak.
The color palette speaks to the Mojave landscape through rich earth tones and mineral-inspired hues. Warm wood finishes complement metal accents, creating visual interest without overwhelming the space. Textures throughout the interior reflect the organic patterns found in the surrounding mountains and valleys.

The completed space demonstrates how interior design can enhance architectural strengths. The transition between indoor and outdoor spaces feels natural and intentional. The interiors were thoughtfully composed by RH to reflect the terrain beyond the Clubhouse walls. Ten-foot-high sliding glass panels frame dramatic views, and open fully to an expansive terrace, where dining and lounge seating extends the experience outdoors. As the light shifts throughout the day and seasons, the atmosphere evolves—mirroring the shimmer of the Las Vegas skyline and offering year-round appeal for residents.
