Nevada ‘Case Study’ House With Vegas Strip Views Reimagines Desert Living

(Mansion Global) A residence in a luxury Nevada development that’s set over the Las Vegas skyline like a jewel box has just been listed for $11.6 million.

The newly built custom home in the gated Ascaya community in Henderson is part of a collection of so-called case study houses by the community’s eponymous developer and select architects that exemplify modern desert living. It was designed by Las Vegas-based Studio G Architecture.
