Forbes August release featuring Ascaya prompted the question as the title headlined, “Why Modern Architecture is the Latest Attraction in Las Vegas”.
Ascaya Sales Manager told “Forbes” that the communities vision is becoming a reality. The opening of the exclusive Ascaya Clubhouse, three private residences completed and two inspiration homes have brought onlookers in awe.

Architectural Digest reaffirms Ascaya’s aspirations of being the most sought after luxury homesite in the world. The vowed recognition is due to the communities eagerness to raise the bar for authentic architectural design by bypassing the mundane cookie-cutter designs.

The Las Vegas Review Journal’s Real Estate Millions

The Ascaya community has been the better buzz here in the Las Vegas valley.
Located just south of the Vegas Strip in the family feel suburb of Henderson the support of Ascaya’s continued growth spawns the entire Vegas Valley.
This past week the Las Vegas Review Journal featured the opening of the second inspiration home located at 5 Boulderback Drive. Crafted by the glorified design-build firm Marmol Radziner with luxe interiors by Danielle Rios Design Studio the two-story home is modern without being minimalistic, according to Susan Stone a contributor for the Las Vegas Review Journal.
