jasonstrodl [ADAPTURE] was founded by Jason Strodl, AIA in 2008. They are an award winning design+build architecture and construction company. They can provide architectural design and planning for a variety of project types including residential, commercial, office, tenant improvements, educational, industrial, and food service.
As licensed general contractors with a construction staff of over 30 years of experience, after designing a project, they can build it too! When they saw a need to provide their clients with better service and a better product, they sought to bring the construction activities in-house. as a result, they are able to provide realistic cost estimates early on in the process and control those costs once they enter the construction phase. Most importantly, with hands-on attention during construction, they can ensure that the the original design intent is upheld through to completion.

This 9,000 square foot home is organized into two levels. the lower level, housing secondary functions such as guest quarters, a home theater and game room is “tucked” into the tiered hillside. the upper level which accesses the rear yard at grade cantilevers over the rammed earth walls of the first floor in the front. and houses bedrooms, living, dining and kitchen areas.
Two rectangular modern boxes wrapped in steel panels and adorning operable perforated metal screens give the home its architectural identity. like a pair of goggles peering over the valley and city lights.
