Desert Inspiration

Marked by earthy colors and textures, stone, wood, and brushed steel, along with indoor/outdoor living spaces that invite in the desert expanse, Ascaya’s luxury home community is a reflection of its environment. Here, floor-to-ceiling glass unveils exceptional mountain, canyon, and Las Vegas Strip views. Defined by lines, colors, and materials that mirror the earth and accentuate the desert skies, each and every home here offers a unique interpretation of the surrounding landscape.

Maximized Views

Built into the McCullough Mountain Range, Ascaya rises from the desert floor like a series of magnificent stone steps. Here, homesites range in elevation from 1,900 to 3,200 feet, providing each home and homesite with an incredible view of the mountains, canyons, and the world-renowned Las Vegas skyline. Ascaya’s unique architecture mimics the natural setting of the desert while maximizing views and privacy for all homeowners. The 670-acre luxury community enjoys 31 miles of
