Ascaya’s culinary program is expanding with extended dining hours, a new home delivery service, and new weekend experiences exclusively for residents and their guests.
Led by Executive Chef Stephen Johnson, the Clubhouse dining program now offers continuous service on Thursdays and Fridays from morning through evening, including an All-Day Dining menu and Social Hour with cocktail specials. Saturdays bring a new addition: a dedicated All-Day Bar Menu with rotating entrees and cocktails, giving residents another reason to gather at the Clubhouse to close out the week.

Weekend mornings are evolving too. The previous Sunday brunch format has transitioned to a complimentary continental breakfast offered on both Saturday and Sunday mornings, accompanied by rotating specials such as brioche French toast and an enhanced espresso program with crafted coffee drinks. The offering remains intentionally simple and approachable, aligned with the broader dining program.On Sundays, the Clubhouse remains open through the afternoon.
For residents who prefer to enjoy Clubhouse favorites from the comfort of home, a new home delivery service is now available. Orders can be placed through the Ascaya app or website and delivered directly to your door during dining hours on Thursdays and Fridays.

The monthly Fine Dining evenings also continue, offering multi-course tasting menus for residents looking for a more curated experience against the backdrop of the Las Vegas skyline.
These additions reflect an ongoing commitment to making the Clubhouse a place that fits naturally into how residents live, whether that means a quick weekday lunch, a Saturday evening at the bar, or a Sunday morning on the terrace.
