Known for her incredible attitude and enthusiasm, along with her unwavering commitment to her clients’ success, Kylie is a trusted and respected agent in our community. Read on below to get to know Kylie, from her luxury hospitality background to her favorite shopping spots in Henderson.

Tell us about your professional background, and how you ended up being a real estate professional exclusively focused on sales at Ascaya.

I previously worked in the luxury hospitality industry for 12 years before diving into real estate. The pandemic allowed me to focus more on real estate and transition to a different career using my expertise in sales and building rapport with clients to tailor a one-of-a-kind experience from the moment we met.

Vegas has some of the best restaurants in the world. What are some of your favorites on the Strip, off-strip, and in Henderson?

Some of my favorite Henderson restaurants are Bella Vita, Hank’s Fine Steaks & Martinis, and Botigilia. As for off-strip Restaurants, I love El Dorado Cantina, Hot & Juicy, Nora’s Italian Cuisine, Lotus of Siam, Lamaii, Raku, and Herbs & Rye.

In addition to dining, Vegas is home to endless shopping spots. What are some of your favorite shops around Ascaya?

Some of my favorite shopping spots around Ascaya are The District at Green Valley, Galleria Mall, The Shops at Crystals, and Fashion Show Mall.

It’s been said that Ascaya is like LA’s iconic ‘Bird Streets’ neighborhood with a climate similar to Palm Springs. What are your thoughts on this, and how do you speak to the stunning architectural view, valley, mountain, and canyon homes found within the gates of Ascaya?

Ascaya is an exclusive premium custom home community, and it offers stunning views, magical mountain vistas, and state-of-the-art architecture you won’t find anywhere else.

Ascaya has 21 miles of mountainous streets that Robb Report magazine turned into a closed-course, slaloming road runway for its Dream Machine event. Would you say the community is a draw to car enthusiasts?

Absolutely! Most of the residents in Ascaya are definitely car enthusiasts. I certainly am, and I enjoy seeing some of the vehicles that the residents own and drive.

What’s your favorite time of day at Ascaya and why?

Sunsets from the Clubhouse are timeless. Cotton candy skies on a summer night leave you speechless.

With the sales success Ascaya is having, what are some of the trends you’re seeing in terms of where buyers are coming from, why they are seeking a home in Nevada and why at Ascaya?

We’ve been seeing a lot of buyers coming from California because of the incredible tax benefits offered in Nevada.
