The Clubhouse

The 23,000-square-foot Clubhouse is the social and architectural centerpiece of Ascaya. Designed by Swaback Partners, with soaring rooflines and seamless flow to an outdoor terrace overlooking the zero-edge pool, the space was outfitted by RH and houses private dining, a bar lounge, a fitness center, a movement studio, and versatile event spaces, all with dramatic views of the Las Vegas Strip below.

The Space

Stone, glass, and steel respond to the desert palette, while RH furnishings bring warmth and texture to the interiors. The pool terrace and trail network are steps away, making the Clubhouse the natural starting and ending point of daily life at Ascaya.
