Family Park
Slated to be completed in October 2022, Ascaya’s Family Park will offer a play area, gathering spot, and green space all in one. The expansive park will feature a treehouse play structure, splash pad, Gila monster climbing structure, dog park, and so much more for little ones to explore outdoors.
The Clubhouse
The centerpiece of Ascaya, the Clubhouse is the heart of all community activity. With a 50-meter swimming pool, sports courts, and more, there’s no shortage of fun to be had here. Here, kids can enjoy endless activities, from half-court basketball games to underwater adventures.
Children’s Pavillion
The Children’s Pavilion, a dedicated area for kids inside the Clubhouse, offers the perfect space to entertain little ones. Inside, find movie nights, game nights, arts and crafts, and other activities for kids to enjoy to ensure they have as much fun as their parents at every community event.
