Ambassador Program & Concierge serve as personal assistants for ASCAYA residents
Henderson’s premier hillside luxury community offers distinctive resident experiences with the launch of its Club ASCAYA program. Club ASCAYA is available exclusively to residents and offers dozens of opportunities for resort-style living with fitness, social and concierge services.
“Club ASCAYA delivers on our promise to give ASCAYA residents the concierge lifestyle they would experience in any five star hotel or high-rise but from the luxury of their homes,” said Darin Marques, sales manager at ASCAYA. “Whether they are new in town or native Nevadans, our team will help them plan their own personal or business activities as well as a wide array of both on and off-site events for their families to enjoy.”
The centerpiece of Club ASCAYA is the community’s $25 million clubhouse, which was designed by renowned desert contemporary architecture firm Swaback Partners. At the 23,000 square foot facility, residents can enjoy their own private resort with a refreshing resort-style zero-edge swimming pool with separate lap lanes, resort-style cabanas, group seating areas and an event lawn. Outdoor fitness offerings include basketball, pickle-ball, horseshoe pits, and tennis courts.
Club ASCAYA is led by Kristen Sroczynski, the community’s new lifestyle director. “Kristen’s background is ideal to further our vision in creating a true concierge experience for ASCAYA residents,” said Marques. “Her experience in hospitality and in the ultra-luxury space has demonstrated a clear understanding of our residents and their interests. Sroczynski is a Las Vegas native and has extensive experience working with luxury and lifestyle based companies. She is a certified Vinyasa and Hatha yoga instructor, completing her training in India. She has previously worked with Cirrus Aviation, Kohanaiki Private Club & Resort, and Hakkasan Group among others.
Among Sroczynski’s first initiatives have been opening ASCAYA’s spa and planning resident-exclusive events. This summer, Club ASCAYA kicked off with a dive-in movie and a fitness bootcamp, and is planning social events for both adults and families, a Clubhouse Pool Extravaganza and a Harvest Fest this month.
One of Club ASCAYA’s first programs to launch was its Ambassador program. A group of experts specializing in health, wellness and specialty fitness are available to create personal experiences for residents. “They can schedule private activities in their homes or at the ASCAYA clubhouse for fitness, meditation, yoga, well-being, hiking, biking and a host of other options,” said Marques.
Among Club ASCAYA’s ambassadors are Jackie Edlund, barre3 studio owner and fitness instructor. Edlund offers monthly barre classes at Club ASCAYA. Ambassador and silent savasana instructor Dray Gardner hosts silent savasana yoga sessions and both small group and private lessons.
Ambassador Chef Aram Bakalian brings the power of Conscious Cooking to ASCAYA, serving high quality fusion cuisine using classical French cooking techniques with Italian, Armenian and Lebanese accents. Chef Aram creates customized menus for resident dining experiences, complementing the narrative of each event through food. He creates private dinner parties, catered events, cooking classes and themed parties for ASCAYA residents.
