Broker Breakfast at ASCAYA

ASCAYA’S sales team greatly values Las Vegas Realtors and takes every opportunity to introduce them to their amazing new community. One way ASCAYA develops and enhances its real-estate relationships is by hosting Broker Breakfasts at their astounding sales center. Last month they were proud to invite Corporate Broker/Owner, Di Redman, from Windermere Real Estate and her early-rising team of agents. Di is here to address her agents and hold a brokerage meeting.

Bagels and coffee in hand, Di assembles the group in the sales center’s inspiration room. This unique space houses a multitude of design and architectural books and journals, and is dedicated to buyers and their design and build teams. Here owners can plan their vision of their brand-new desert-contemporary custom home. Stylish and poised, Di leads the group through current market updates, goals and projections, and their upcoming community service for Veteran’s Village. They will be spending the day helping at VV’s downtown facilities, a converted motel that provides transitional housing to local veterans. Additionally, they are sponsoring a water and undergarment/sock drive. Thank you, Di and everyone involved for taking the time to reach out to those in need. Di is excited about the volunteer event and said: “It is important to be active in the community we serve.”

After the meeting, the team assembled in the map room for a brief overview of ASCAYA and its amazing location and home sites. Hattie Baker, ASCAYA sales concierge, gave a brief presentation around the scale-model map of the home sites as the agents marvel over the incredible three-thousand foot elevations to which the lots rise. Immediately after, Hattie and Darin Marques, ASCAYA sales manager, take the group for a driven tour in ASCAYA’S Mercedes Benz GL class SUV’s. ASCAYA keeps this pair of luxury vehicles at the sales center so prospective buyers can tour the sites in style. The meandering route upward allows the group to see the premier lots, amazing McCullough Range foothills and vistas, and some of the most exclusive whole-city views in all of Las Vegas. What a way to start your day: thousands of above the city at one of the most unique communities in the world.

The Broker Breakfast was a huge success. Di was “happy to be invited to be a part of the ASCAYA community,” while ASCAYA’S sales team was glad to host the group. The goal of networking opportunities like this is to inform the local real-estate community of all the amazing things happening at ASCAYA, and connect people at the same time. ASCAYA looks forward to many future Broker Breakfasts, and other events, where professional relationships can be made and friendships renewed.
